INTEGRATION SUPPORT SERVICES has been accredited with the nationally recognised quality mark for organisations which provide support to individuals to make learning and work more accessible – the matrix standard.
ISS gained accreditation to the matrix standard in July 2012, during which time the organisation was externally assessed on many areas of its work.
Mimoza Matoshi, Chief Executive of Integration Support Services said:
“This achievement shows our determination and commitment to improve our services and ensure our service users are having the best possible support from our staff and volunteers.
We support over 2000 clients every year and with this accreditation we wanted to ensure that our service users are receiving the best information, advice and guidance possible. We hope that the matrix standard, amongst other things, would help us to gain better public recognition, improve client’s opportunities and also help the organisation to secure more funding to continue our valuable work”.
David Allan, Managing Director at emqc Ltd said of the organisation’s achievement:
“This matrix accreditation is another example of how the matrix standard is proving effective for all types of organisations, helping them to provide a more professional service offering and to strive to be the best in their sector.”
