Newcomer’s guide

Coming to live in a new country for a temporary or a permanent period it is essential to know some basic information about the area where you are now living, the services available, your rights and responsibilities as a new citizen and also many facilities provided by many local organisations- who can support you with your employment, education, health and other social needs.

The more you know about your area the better chances you have to integrate and improve opportunities for your life.

For most of us the biggest barrier is the lack of language and also the lack of information to deal with many issues like employment, education, health and other difficulties we face in our attempts to integrate and play an active part in the communities where we have chosen to live.

As a charity we have a clear mission to support a successful integration for you and your family by providing guidance advice and support on different matters to make your stay in UK an easy and enjoyable experience.

Whether you are a migrant worker, refugee, asylum seeker, a visitor or a student we hope that you will find this information pack useful and beneficial for your needs.

Good luck !
