Stepping Stones

The Stepping Stones project launched on the 1st of April 2019 as part of the larger Pathways to Integration project. The Stepping Stones project is a 1-to-1 mentoring programme designed to support women who wish to progress with their lives.


Information, Advice & Guidance Sessions

Our trained Support Workers can help individuals and families with the following issues:

  • Education

  • Employment

  • Health provision

  • Housing

  • Domestic Violence

  • Help with filling forms 

  • Interpreting 

You must book an appointment to attend an advice session.


Integration Support Services is registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide Level 1 immigration advice (our registration number is F201100427). Our immigration sessions are affordable and charged on a fixed fee basis only. Full details are available on our immigration website: www.issimmigrationadvice.co.uk.

Falcon English School

We offer affordable ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) courses at Falcon English School, our dedicated language school. Classes run in the mornings, evenings and on Saturdays. We have courses for beginner through to intermediate learners. We are a registered exam centre with Trinity College London (our registration number is 64565).

Social Interaction

Our Conversation Club is a free drop-in session where people can improve their English, make new friends and share their experiences. We also run the Saturday Club, a free stay-and-play group for under-5s.

Our interpreters cover a wide range of languages. They are able to attend appointments in Harlow or nearby areas. We cover a range of languages and sessions are charged at £15 an hour.

Hate Incident Reporting Centre

Integration Support Services is a Hate Incident Reporting Centre. Our Hate Crime Prevention Ambassadors can support people who have witnessed or been victims of hate incidents or hate crime with making reports to Essex Police, including anonymous reports. Anyone who has been affected by hate crime can also directly report an incident to one of our Hate Crime Ambassadors.
